As much as I like to see the SP rising, this announcement would not warrant a 28% increase, so keep an eye open for a retrace after the enthusiasm wears off.

A couple of months back PRR announced that the new trial protocol would be using O.S. as the primary end point, so the market should not be surprised.

This is merely 1 small jurisdicition (Belgium) giving approval to the trial protocol. It doesn't mean they can actually start the patient recruitment yet. USA and Germany will need to approve first as that's where the majority of testing will be conducted. They could be days or weeks away, we just don't know.

But in the big scheme of things, it's the first actual sign of new progress since the announcement of the CAN 003 results, so a certain amount of exuberance is to be expected.
