what I meant was:
Stage 1 Stage 2
Dragon 40 % 50 % (taking on 10% from PNOC)
PNOC 50 % 30 % (giving away 10% to each partner)
Nido 10 % 20 % (taking on 10 % from PNOC)
That's how I understood it to work. A re-negotiation to 25% NDO WI I see as unlikely. I might be wrong though - stranger things happened ...
