Chuk - no point in fining these folks, its just factored in as a cost of doing business now. See JPM et al in USA.
If found guilty, these folks need to be hauled out into the public arena and then jailed right up to the very top of the tree even if that means country leaders.
Sadly the chances of that happening are about nil...
More exposure to the independent media however is likely. This probably should have a positive impact on POG at least.
Nice to see POG close above US$1250 again this morning. If it can hold that for a while, should bode well for goldies in the short to medium term.
