Seems like a good idea.
You have opened an alternative that was not on my radar.
Good ol Bricks and Mortor family homes are asset test exempted.
Will wait to see if the legislation is unchanged after going thru the parliment before taking any course of action.
But this seems to make sense if I can find the right bank.
