This is interesting. It makes me a bit nervous about the outcomes at Paducah and Wilmington. Mostly because I've read somewhere that the cost of fuel is a tiny portion of the cost of producing nuclear power. Maybe gov't was using GLE to leverage USEC? Or is that just crazy talk?
