They have to pay for Ziferlenac or whatever its called (500k over 12 months in 2014).
their cash burn may be less the studies are now started, but they are ramping up for other things, so thats my main concern right now, their financials.
Their quarterly report will provide more light - only a few days to go.
ps looks like the court trial is dragging on... not sure when the next date is but being a lawyer i know that these can drag, and judgement, and collection are sometimes not simple.
