Not so rosy when reconciled with Murchison losses...no wonder it's going to be "resolved" by next Q!!

Murchison produced ~16,000 oz @ ~$2,042/oz and received (on current POG) $1,428/oz. A loss/oz of ~$614/oz or $614/oz x 16,000 for the Q....($9.8M)! Apply that on a pa basis and you have ~$9.8M x 4 = (~$39M) off the bottom line of $65.8M.

Leaves a profit of ~$26.8M EBIT...ouch!

Maybe Murchison SHOULD be placed on C&M until POG improves substantially or higher grades ore can be provided for the mill. Les and the Board know what they're doing though and I'm sure (just IMHO) that Murchison wouldn't have been constructed unless they'd examined worst case scenarios.

Meanwhile sp is up 11c or 19% on the day :)
