Massey did a poll in 2011 for a property crash, and got 180+ thumbs up for it. A stupid pointless thread, but most thumbs ever, don't mind that a year, 2 or 3 now it was completely wrong.
There are more than 95% of posters on this forum, vocal or not that are negative on property...and constantly thumb down even moderate positive info on the market.
Most "bulls" like myself, have never said I believe in property doubling again every 10 years. I am not a bull, I am just against the constant drivel some people put up as reason for a crash
