I totally disagree with your synopsis per the following
1) It is the basics of management (101), to ensure operational procedures are followed to a “T”, and for new management to understand the operational procedures which are essential before making any major changes.
2) It is the basics of management (101), to ensure the vital /critical parts of an operation cannot be compromised, and if they can be compromised by failures in power, water supply, air supply, or whatever is critical to an operation …………then redundancy is built into the system, in RED5’s case, under new management redundancy for a part of critical operation was de-constructed.
3) It is the basics of new management (101) , to listen to all their employees, and for the new management to understand the nuances which are particular to the operation
4) It is the basics of new management (101), not to make wholesale changes within a 6 month period of the new management unless there is an imperative to do so…
There is no benefit of the doubt here, RED5’s debacle of 2013, is obvious,
