Thanks for your encouraging words. We are two like minded lateral thinkers.
It appears not everyone is in agreement with contents of my posts and they have stated their reasons which I respect.

Doctormoh, at the conclusion of his post (20/12/14) stated that the best strategy is to drill, drill, drill and tackle the fundamentalist opposition head on.
IMO it won't happen for reasons that I have stated in earlier posts

Doctormoh went on to say that it seems so simple yet the current management never cease to amaze me with their inaction.

We don't have to tolerate that inaction and that is what I have been
on about.
There is a serious problem relating to management IMO and that problem
needs to addressed sooner rather than later. Time waits for no man.

Stumpytrunks , you say the Quarterly will see the light of day in a fortnight. Now that will be interesting.
