Diamond drilling seem to have a couple of rigs available that are capable of drilling Hawkeye, according to their website. Ocean Monarch water depth 10,000ft Drill depth 35,000ft is currently available. And Ocean Black Rhino 12,000ft water depth and 40,000ft Drill depth available Q4 2014. So drilling Hawkeye should be happening this year :-)
