Based on this report, CVN looks like they will be carried in Thailand by a more experienced oiler.
Pan Orient are no fools. They have the knowledge, skill and financial capacity to get the black stuff out of the ground.
All CVN needs now is money for drilling-which they do not have. A capital raising is on the cards for sure. This is likely to happen soon.
