Technicals do not apply to penny dreadful stocks, just as lagging indicators don't apply either. Especially so to sub 10c let alone 1/10th of a cent stocks.

How many times in past have you predicted a pattern or technical break out due in two weeks, only for SP to be driven lower based on ever weakening company fundamentals.

For technicals to have a relevance, the SP needs to reflect value as they do with med to large stocks, with penny dreadfuls charts basically reflect fundamentals with little or no relation to value.

With ORO and most penny stocks there is no value because there are often no earnings or other value in the company to actually measure against in the first place.
