The decision for the AUD$6.5 million claim is due to be handed down shortly. Searching the Indian Supreme Court records I found the case we are all waiting for. The Court Case is mentioned between Monarch Gold Mining rather than India Resources due to the fact that the original mining contract at Surda was signed by Monarch Gold.
The decision is due to be handed down in the next few days.
