I think there is a lot more law on our side than was utilised previously. I know that I have found a doozy of a piece of legislation that could change the game completely. I won't post it here, but have alerted the company.
It should be noted that Bowerbird only took 14 days from release of the rig from Thornbill to completion of the well. Even though both sides have had plenty of time to prepare, not a lot can be done differently on the protesting side.
