GER do not need any money to fund CO2toFuels. I think that all they have is a free carried royalty of unknown magnitude.

However they did do what looked like an emergency CR in October to fund their other projects. Hopefully the amount raised then was enough to last them a while.

Having said that every company would like balance sheet strength. So... will GER take advantage of the recent shareprice strength and do a CR at 8 - 10 cents or... do they expectd a MAJOR re-rating once the solar testing is finished and are content to wait and do a CR at a much higher price in a month or two?
