Yes the insto's did support the last share placement HOWEVER if my memory is correct, There was a lot of shorting going on the LYNAS price was going up and looked as if it was going to breach the 75~80c level, and it appeared that the shorters were going to get burnt. Then lo and behold a share placement was done at some really low price to SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS. Shorts were covered and share price tanked.
Maybe this time there is steam to the turn around in LYNAS rise.
