Seems it was a bit close to the mark...

It's not a matter of opinion about the facts of the events.
The facts were and remain that MW took a takeover offer for a company that made his share holders a 500% profit in a very short period of time. Callahan, the Chair of TMR (some would say arrogant chair) who did the takeover then proceeded to run TMR into the ground. No party in any way connected with AVB was involved in TMR. FACTS. All written up in ASX releases. Then do you want to talk about Hunnu Coal? Another 500% profit for MW share holders. I know MW is the target of your ....... and that a few of his attempts at exploration companies haven't worked out as well as the two above or AVB but that is the nature of the game. 90% of explorers don't make it. MW's batting average is actually pretty good. You also need to remember that AVB is only chaired by him and we have a board of directors composed of mining industry professionals. When you start in on these endeavours, for god only knows what purpose as you claim to be a non-holder, you never have a balanced response. You never speak of the track record of the rest of our board and you down play MW's successes or in the case of IBR above you simply ignore the facts or twist them to your own purpose. You don't have to like him but at least stick to the facts.
You also constantly suggest that MW will put AVB on the auction block. Here's a little side bet for you. I reckon HCH will be shopped off to some other company in a takeover deal prior to production but that AVB won't...I actually don't believe you have any understanding of how much copper AVB are sitting on. The BOARD has a strong desire to develop a mining company.
