letter from eurogold

The letter received today from Eurogold giving the names and background of the proposed new directors for dra are far from impressive. Arthur Drew a non practising barrister with no experience in directorship of a mining company. Mr Robert Smith an engineer who managed engineering and construction companies who also claims to to have mining and exploration experience but no mention of whom he had the experience with and I for one cannot find any details of such experience. The danger as pointed out by Peter Cordin is if this change of directors succeeds we could see DRA sold off for Eurogold to try and recoup part of the losses incurred by the present board of directors of Eurgold. Remember they are delisted from the European stock exchange so not a very impressive record. The question to ask yourself is this the type of board you want to look after your investment. I THINK NOT.
