Thread of the year for mine, already. Not specificly talking about this company, you can delete 'JH', 'MEO' etc and post it on any one of dozens of other threads and get another 20+ Thumbs up.
In my line of work I'm held accountable for my productivity at the end of the year, every year. It's all boiled down to metrics, inputs vs outputs. And then there's the pressure to produce more and of higher quality with less investment as the years go by.
I gotta get on to this small cap lurk!
