I think there have been plenty of facts presented on the negative side Parrot. Its just that often holders prefer to be able to promote their investments without any response.

Your first point is purely your own judgement and or guess more accurately.

Based on your second point, NST just bought assets for $100m that will generate more than $93m in "clear" cash flow. You would need to define "clear" but to me it doesn't sound realistic.

Your third point is like point one is completely meaningless, to state the extremely obvious, it also works in reverse!

On point four, I have listened to the fellow a plenty and he is very charming and charismatic but I focus on what numbers he generates myself.

On point five. I was exaggerating a little to make a point. However, as I've said before it was NST's presentation of Plutonic that gave it very close to the same look as Paulsons (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20131223/pdf/42lt8rh9q07l8r.pdf). And its a fact they paid only $25m and that it had been publicly marketed for some time. (See Barricks financial reports). Sure, they say its got mine life of 5-7 yrs which is rubbish but its THEIR numbers not mine!
