A declined to buy LYC when a friend's geologist friend recommended them @ $1-74.Glad I did. Issues for me were:
(a)Too many shares on issue (b)NC-certainly a big big negative* (c)Disruption in Malaysia-can't be swept under the carpet. In WA here a very large US multinsational similarly declined to develop on shore "partly" due to need to deal with indigenous land rights. *If you want to see a quality company leader who has first and foremost the s/holders interest at heart and not his own personal financial position then look no further than (i) Dr Allan Branch,CEO of KRB-Sean Kelly, Chairman of KRB. (2)Chris Bonwick recently retired CEO(ill health)of IGO.
