There's nothing more arrogant than presuming you can correct someones English.
On your other point, companies have fallen over despite generating ting operating cash. You need look a bit further than that.

I have researched Barricks reason for selling and they say its to improve cash flow!!!!! Pretty clear.
I was many years a credit trader mainhold but I don't need that experience to understand that its not the amount of debt that is important for a rating. Its the level of that debt versus cash flow. (And I'm not talking about op cash flow!). Obviously to sell an asset for only $25m to improve your credit rating, it must be a cash burner on a net basis. (I defined cash generation and net in a previous note for you mainholm).
