    I think it is buy at the moment, as it has a fully funded project

    They are swapping BWD shareholders 2 for 1 , and i guess some of the BWD people are bailing

    I'd reckon the old COK holders are not selling

    Also have a look at how many shares the CEO has taken

    Eventually the selling will stop & it will be re-evaluated
