watso probably did everything wrong, but without cleaning anything, he tossed in a litre of uht milk in with the dregs of the first perfect batch from the yoghurt maker - and gave it a quick stir.
after 8 hours, the new yoghurt tasted like yoghurt, but was a bit watery - so watso put in a new lot of hot water - after a few more hours, watso checked it out, and it was a bit thicker, but still watery - so watso added some coconut milk powder - and then tossed in 1kg of rtc ($5.50 down to $1.60) cream - anyway, tastes pretty good
