The UN may not have punished CSK Moscow but UEFA did - they always take action against racist chants by football fans. Whenever I'm in the UK, I go to a game and can't remember the last racist chant I heard. When I wen 25 years ago, they were common along with bananas being thrown on the pitch.
And I am happy to be called politically correct if it means someone taking a stand against blatant racism.
