I am just applying a concept that if Cephalon bid $ 4.85 2 yrs ago For Sirtex when the Sir Spheres were indicated for only colon-rectal to liver disease and it was in only about 20 centers and biotechs had much lower valuations then, then I am saying that now that Sir Spheres are being shown effective for many different indications and with multiple different chemotherapeutics, and Sir Spheres are in over 130 centers worldwide, that Sirtex has considerable more value than it had then to an acquirer, as Cephalon did a ton of due diligence.
PLEASE EXPLAIN !!!!!! (I MAKE IT 35 SHORT OF THIS)
