You've been around PEN long enough to know the SP rarely follows the path of logic.
It it forced down when you least expect it and it goes off for a run for no apparent reason.
The signs are usually in the charts long before the answers appear in any announcement.
Maybe the next up cycle for Uranium is coming and PEN is in a good position to profit. It is ceertainly due!
