the chinese can extend the closing date of their low-ball offer indefinitely, and nobody will really care. their price is just too low for 100% ownership of CLR.
shareholders that have legitimately purchased their shares at a much higher price than A$0.455 can just hold on to them and have the shares acquired compulsorily anyway at A$0.455
why sell when the price is not right ? if the chinese want the whole company than offer a better price. $0.455 per share for 100% control is just too CHEAP !
Bluff project is commencing production soon. There will be cash inflows soon - 1H 2014.
