yes all small companies should taken the money when they can but not give it away to someone at nearly half actual market value if options included. if this includes an off take agreement great go for it that news will be very positive for the company but if doing it to just raise some more dollars with no actual use short term, we as present share holders will be poorer for it, some times to much money just causes waste.
