Seems a common theme with the bulls that anyone bearish on property is a bear because they can't afford it. Its that same naivety and contempt that has seen you pencil in figures on your "portfolio" that have not even been close to achieving what you thought they would since 2007.
Being blinded by ideology with a very distorted view of your own self worth is one thing, but pretending you actually know what someone else is worth just screams to me that you need to feel superior to make up for some other shortfall in your life.
