I think the new word for this sort of event is imminent.
Upon rereading the inaugural newsletter issued 22nd October 2013 it was stated that the Company intends to issue these on a quarterly basis going forward.
That presumably sets the time frame as late Jan,April,August and then back to October.
SC in the past has been very careful with timelines that he has set, they are either met or you are advised of a new date and the reasons for the change.....almost always a change is due to an event out of his control.
As the newsletter is under SCs control I have no doubt that either today or Monday it will see the light of day.....it's imminent.

PS cyclone Dylan passed by with no problems in our region last night ...... hope they fare just as well further south and the farmers to the west get a good soaking.
