You want to help SPC and the growers , then buy SPC products , at least you know the likely hood of contaminants is slim .
Roger Montgomery also buys SPC products...thats good enough for me...
on another note ....dentures and the like are being sourced from china , so you may get a composite of mercury , lead , tin and whatever...some dentists in sydney were sued due to patients mouth cancers.....beware..make sure you demand locally made products....
