It's interesting that on the previous quarterly when income dropped from $47m to $40m, the share price was savaged and dropped almost 20% in a day and continued to fall for days and weeks afterward - from $3.20 to $2.20.
So today the announce results which go way beyond a reversal - from $40m to $54m, and the market hasn't noticed.
By rights (not that rights count in the stock market), ACR should be trading way above October's $3.20.
$2.39 is a gimme considering the above and the chart which is point to a reversal.
And yes - the (currently 7%) dividend , which will most likely repeat every year - makes this an enticing investment.
Into my 'long term trading' bucket it goes.
