Only thing in common between the two companies left is the chairman but this might explain why there was a big seller in CEL of approx. 12 mill shares(now finished)...could be a contact from the days of old management who found themselves in a pickle with RFE..(only a theory of course but no logical reason to sell CEL with all the good news to come unless you needed the money ?)
