Not sure what it's like in other states but one of the great pleasures of life was to have a hamburger from the local fish and chip on a Friday night normally run by a Con and Effie and the kids.
Unfortunately all the Greek aussie's have sold out to the Chinese and they have NO idea on how to make a traditional hamburger.
Another tradition has bitten the dust.
