That's my take.
TAP has done it. Their CEO took a big pay cut and is topped up with shares.
So now, unless TAP performs he misses out like the rest of us.
However if he does extremely WELL, we all do.
Cut the pay the board gets and give them share options.
Maybe then they will work for all of us, instead of themselves.
? How many dividends in the last 10 years.
? How much do the Chairman, director and CEO take home a year.
WHO is winning ? on the current system.
