I sit for 30 mins in a hot spa with the jets on my lowerback.
I sleep on my good side and stretch straight out not curled up ( sleep like you are trying to stretch to your full length.) Unless it is too sore then I find a comfortable position.
I do sit ups on a crunch bench to strengthen by adbdomen and lower back. (sometimes it feels like everything clicks into place.)
Long walks. about 5k or more.
Sometimes everything is ok in days sometimes months.
