Hi ahjay ... meant to mention that Herniated Disc is most common .. check with your doctor.
The exercises I mention above are designed to stretch the vertebrae so as to let the swollen disc relax and return to it's proper position .. what you don't want to do is anything that will 'compress' your vertebrae .. which is the cause of the 'pinch' in the first place ..
