beem watching ever since i sold a while ago. Capital raisinngs are never good wehn price is at this level. Share base will be dilued heavily capping future upside and making each .1 cent increase reflect a bigger change in market cap

if they were acquiring a productive asset, or the SP was doing well, then i would say its good, but surely you guys aren't happy with a raising at this level. Even a 5 million raising will be heavily dilutive, and my guess it may be bigger
