GENERAL: VCT: Appeal win in favour of Vector
The High Court has released its judgment on an appeal by Shell (Petroleum
Mining) Company Limited and Todd Petroleum Mining Company Limited of an
arbitration award granted in favour of Vector concerning Vector's
entitlements to Kapuni gas at the legacy price under a pre-existing contract.
The High Court has found in favour of Vector on all grounds appealed. This
confirms that Vector was entitled to an additional 7.3PJ of Kapuni gas at the
legacy price.
