Not so long ago It was SBM's policy only to invest in Australia.When did this policy change and on whose instructions ?I don't seem to recall the shareholders being advised accordingly.
I agree the Director's should take a cut in their salaries until such times that SBM can start to turn in profits.
Who would have thought that such a vibrant debt free company
in no time has seen it's share price dessimated, weighed down by massive debts.

That person or persons should be sued for negligence and incompetence. I don't think even LAUREL AND HARDY would have
made such a cock up,as hard as they tried.
