To add a little more...what we have below is an 8 year downtrend that has been broken to the upside on healthy volume...this imho is a significant break and that the projected upside is the .10 level.
To conclude ....any break that occurs to the upside after a decade long downtrend is ever so bullish and powerful.imo and texts books opinion.
