SBK120, Many thanks for the trouble you go to for finding out information and keeping us in the loop. As I mentioned in previous posts, the twists and turns that are available for companies to take regarding a take over, or controlling interests are many, and while an average investor is looking from the accepted viewpoint, in comes a move from left field we did'nt expect, and we are left wondering where that came from, and what hit us.
