Of particular concern is how the JP Morgan Vice President came to be on the roof of the headquarters JPM building in Canary Wharf London, from where he fell to his death. As one imagines the JP Morgan headquarters in London would be one of the most secure buildings attainable incorporating state of the art systems. The only staff with a reason and security clearance to be on the roof of such a building would be authorised maintenance and security personnel. This would normally NOT include the VP of interest rate products.
