CapnBirdseye: Yes, indeed, on-shore KENYA has been "the winning ticket so far". But a LONG WAY away from L6, i.e. the Tullow/AOI winning ticket is far away in-land.
IF this onshore L6 will be yielding good results, it would de-risk the off-shore portion.
Time will tell.
Obviously, "the market" is not impressed thus far!
