Hot conditions??? Eagle you seriously must have spent your life in an airconditioned office if you think the SPC workers face "hot conditions". Go for a walk along the pot lines at Comalco ... I spent a summer working at their Bell Bay plant, I can tell you that you have no concept of hot if you think working in say 45 - 50 degree heat in a factory in north vic is hot. I used to drink 10 litres a day and pee about 500ml's.
Don't get me started on my mate who's working as a welder over in north WA ... admitedly he gets paid stupid amounts of money for what he does, but seriously, the SPC workers have to endure HOT conditions? Let go of yourself!
