oh dear,

and they were doing so well ----------- more jobs, people saving and paying down debt. The Nation paying off its debt and reducing spending --

I mean they were looking like fiscal gods for a few seconds there :)


Of course one wonders why they need to increase the credit card limit at all seeing they are doing so well ?

Oh, that's right -- they can't pay the interest can they?

Oh, and I forgot, they can't pay their pensions or their staff either without borrowing from the bank.

Arrh, but, they are doing so well..


Perhaps they should speak to my teenage son who I loan my credit cards to --------------- he is very responsible.

He even gets the mail out of the box and looks at it for me - tells me not to worry - he will look after everything.


My son tells me that by his standards, the USA is going well.


I believe him :)
