Massey, when everyone has lost their jobs and can't afford their mortgage... who is going to buy avocados for $2 each? Most will cut back to basics.
You're half right. I'm a property owner but a 50% fall will still leave me with positive equity + a income generating asset + a backyard for my own avocado tree.
