You're clearly not understanding my point.

Obviously, it resembles investors 'wanting out'. The point is buyers have not and are not biting at those prices.

It seems the only reason they'll start buying up is on the back of positive worthy news. Now, if that occurs, then logic dictates buying isn't going to stop at merely 005/6.

I'll break it down for you even further, no one is buying at 005. On the release of very positive news, then seemingly, they will. But on the back of positive news, would sellers still want out @ that price?

So, it seems futile to remain parked at those levels.

As for cash being low, do you know how the Coy has maintained its cash levels the past years? Perhaps, start from there and you may ascertain whether cash is an issue or not.
